If you have anything to donate it would be Grey’tfully appreciated. – Please let us know as due to Stephen’s retirement we have lost a lot of former contacts.
As you can appreciate putting an auction together is not an easy feat and if we receive the items well in advance of the auction day we can place them on the auction list in positions where we feel we can get the best return. Past experience has shown that last minute item sold toward the end of the auction do not raise as much as expected.
Not only do we need items, but we also need people to attend the auction and bid on the wonderful items, so please mark your calendars.
For those of you not familiar with GFONS and what we do, since our incorporation in March/06, we have helped hundreds of Greyhounds make the transition from the race track to adoptive homes and have provided over $50,000 toward Greyhound welfare. Please check out our web-site http://www.gfons.org/
